Dr. Mitchell Corwin, D.C. is an integrative holistic heath care practitioner of 30 years utilizing an eclectic blending of energetic and applied kinesiology techniques. His practice specializes in challenging health issues ranging from chronic neurological conditions, scoliosis, fatigue, digestive disorders to language processing problems. Office visits are scheduled in one hour visits. Extended visits may run 90 minutes.
Initial Office Visit is generally $155.
Follow up Office Visits are generally $125 - $155.

Licensed California Chiropractic Physician 1979 (Lic.#12144). My medical education began in 1972 attending National College of Chiropractic and graduating from New York College of Chiropractic in 1979. I have been in clinical practice since 1979.
Ones education is on on going process and in addition to the California continuing education requirements, I regularly attend educational lectures.
I have been affiliated with a chiropractic technique called "Neural Organization Technique " since 1982 and am a certified instructor and teach Neural Organization Technique /Work to health care practitioners in the United States and Europe.
I also assitant medical director of the Health Medicine Forum (HMF).

My purpose is to address your health concerns swiftly and cost effectively. To accomplish this, I work in 60 minute appointments. This time frame allows me to accomplish the necessary work to minimize recidivism and maximize response to care. My goal is to identify the causative factor(s) and return your body, mind and spirit to optimal health.

As of July 1st 2005 I will be joining Health Medicine Institute (HMI). HMI is an integrated health care facility at 3799 Mt. Diablo Blvd in Lafayette. The center is comprised of 9 practitioners all working in a single location to offer conventional, complementary and alternative health care. It is an opportunity for me to work with my colleagues in a unique collaborative fashion.
Some of the immediate benefits you will enjoy are, proximity, prompt assistance with insurance billing, full time staff, and ease of parking. This unique situation will allow for immediate consultation(s) and access to additional health care providers when needed. Additionally, when medical laboratory or radiological imaging studies are required, or a medical doctor referral for health insurance coverage is needed these services will now be available. The medical director of HMI is Dr. Len Saputo an internist with 30 years of medical experience. Dr. Saputo has been on staff at John Muir hospital, has had a private practice and created Health Medicine Forum in 1994. Health Medicine Forum is an education and information exchange of Complementary and Alternative Medicine for both the practitioner and public and it became a clinical reality as Health Medicine Institute in 2001.

My philosophy and techniques remain the same, to offer optimal healthcare in a swift and efficient manner at reasonable health care costs. My schedule in Lafayette will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday with future alternate Saturdays. My Berkeley office hours will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
